This community does allow cats. Oakwood requires to be notified of any pets and authorization will be given only after a pet agreement has been executed. There is a $300.00 pet deposit of which $150.00 is non refundable.
We welcome you and hope that your stay at The Bluffs will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.
Check in is between 3:30 & 5:30pm. If these hours are not convenient for you, please call the Oakwood Worldwide office a minimum of four business days in advance and we would be pleased to FedEx keys to you prior to your arrival.
We will provide detailed instructions on how to access your keys upon completion of your reservation paperwork. Please feel free to call us at 800.736.8624 with any questions we may answer about your check in.
Upon arriving to your apartment you will find a welcome letter providing you with valuable information about the area and community as well as parking assignments, your phone number, and mailbox number. Inside the apartment you will also find a mailbox key and any additional amenity keys and remotes needed for your home away from home. Should you have any difficulty, emergency customer service may be called 24 hours a day at 800.736.8624.
Carports are assigned to each apartment. The unnumbered and uncovered spaces may be used for additional parking and visitors. A permit is not required in the community. Inoperable vehicles, commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, boats, or storage units are not permitted in the parking stalls. Any vehicles not in accordance with parking regulations will be towed at the owners expense. A remote for the gate will provided inside your apartment.
Please leave all keys and access devices (click cards & garage remotes) in the envelope provided and leave on your kitchen counter. If you are unable to lock the apartment without a key please call the Oakwood office for alternative arrangements.

When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice to "Oakwood Corporate Housing" from resident or corporation.
