Washer and Dryer are located in each apartment.

Mail boxes are located on the ground floor at each building entrance.

If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the leasing office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for their deliveries.

 

This community is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests, however Oakwood Worldwide is not responsible for such items, the condition of packages received, or accepting certified/registered mail. Please contact the community's leasing office if you expect a package, but also be sure to obtain tracking numbers or other pertinent information from the sender or courier service. Plese be prepared to show photo identification and package slip at the community leasing office.

Each guest is given instructions on how to let visitors in to the building.
