We welcome you and hope that your stay at The Watermarke property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its' own, in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.

Your apartment will be available for check in anytime after 3:30 pm. on your scheduled day of move in. If you require an early check in please contact us at least four (4) business days in advance of your move in for availability.

The Watermarke community is fully gated. Upon completion of your reservation paperwork Oakwood will make convenient arrangements for you to pick up your keys the resident services office during specific hours or FedEx them to you in advance.
|

|
Upon arriving to your apartment you will find a welcome letter providing you with valuable information about the area and community as well as parking assignments, your phone number, and mailbox number. Should you have any difficulty, emergency customer service may be called 24 hours a day at 800.736.8624.

|
|
Parking spaces are assigned at this community and Oakwood will provide all the necessary information prior to your arrival. A parking permit is needed at this location and will be provided upon check in.
|
|
|
- Please leave all keys and access devices (click cards & garage remotes) in the envelope provided and leave on your kitchen counter. If you are unable to lock the apartment without a key please call the Oakwood office for alternative arrangements.
- If you need to extend your stay, please contact the local office at 800-736-8624
- When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice to "Oakwood Corporate Housing" from resident or corporation.
