Dry Cleaning: Dry cleaning services are available at the Charter. Cleaning may be dropped off at the leasing office for pick up on Mondays and Fridays. Please call J&G Oxford Cleaning at 714-239-3111 to arrange for your pick up.
Pools & Spas: There are two pools & spas located by the back of building three and by the leasing office. The common key provided in your apartment may be used for these amenities between 8:30am & 10pm.
Gym Facilities: The common key may also be used to enter the gym facilities located at the leasing office. The gym is 24 hours a day; during the evening please enter through the back side of leasing building with the amenity key provided. The gym is upstairs.
Basketball & Tennis Courts: Are located at the back of the property centered behind all three buildings.
Washers and dryers are located inside full size one and two bedroom apartments. There are also coin operated laundry rooms located on most floors of each building.
Mailboxes are located at the back of the property centered between all three buildings. Mailbox keys will be provided at move in.
The office onsite staff will accept packages on behalf of our residents. There is a weight and height limitation to this service due to limited storage availability on behalf of the community. They will hold packages for only a couple of days then they send the packages back to vendor. Please notify your delivery service for this option. received, or accepting certified/registered mail. Visitors may call your apartment from the call box located in front of the foot gates for each building. To have your name and phone number programmed into the call box, please call the Oakwood Worldwide office at 800.736.8624.
- Trash shoots are located on each floor in every building.
- Parking is assigned in the underground structures. A permit is not required in the community. Guest parking is located outside the garages.
- Quiet hours at this community are 10pm to 8am.
