Pools: There is one pool in the community located next to the office. The pool may used between the hours of 9am to 12am by using the amenity key provided upon move in. Please adhere to the additional rules and regulations listed onsite at the pool.
Fitness Center: The fitness center is also located next to the leasing office and can be accessed 24 hours a day with the gate key. Please adhere to additional rules listed inside the fitness center. Business Center: Is located next to the office and is open from 9am to 6pm. The gate key can be used to open the business center. The fax number for guests in the business center is 562.943.4048. Please be sure to have the sender indicate your apartment number in case you do not arrive immediately to retrieve the fax. Clubhouse: Is located next to the office and may be rented for $50.00 a day by making an appointment with the leasing office. The community also has a tot lot and barbeque areas.Each apartment includes a washer and dryer.
The boxes are located next to the leasing office.
The office onsite staff will accept packages on behalf of our residents. There is a weight and height limitation to this service due to limited storage availability on behalf of the community. They will hold packages for only a couple of days then they send the packages back to vendor. Please notify your delivery service for this option.
Visitors may call residents from the call box. To have your name programmed in the call box please contact the Oakwood Worldwide office and we would be pleased to make these arrangements for you.
Trash: The trash dumpsters are located next to each building. Please do not dispose of oversized items in the trash bins.
Quiet Hours: 10pm to 10am.
