Upon arriving to your apartment you will find a welcome letter providing you with valuable information about the area and community as well as parking assignments, your phone number, and mailbox number. Inside the apartment you will also find a mailbox key and any additional amenity keys and remotes needed for your home away from home. Parking spaces/ garages are assigned to each apartment. A permit is required in this community. The unnumbered and uncovered spaces may be used for additional parking and visitors. Inoperable vehicles, commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, boats, or storage units are not permitted in the parking stalls. Any vehicles not in accordance with parking regulations will be towed at the owners expense.
