Each apartment comes equipped with a washer and dryer.

There are two central mailbox locations.  One is near the leasing office, the other is located just outside building 13.

Visitors are welcome to freely visit residents.

If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
