An Olympic-size swimming pool is located in the center of the property between Buildings 1 and 2. The pool is available for your use Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM and Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 AM - 9:00 PM. You can access the pool with your common area key.
The Health Spa is located in Building 1, just past the main entrance of the property and directly across from the leasing office. The Health Spa offers a state-of-the art fitness center, complete with cardio equipment, free weights, weight machines & personal trainers.
Visitors may use the fitness center as long as they are accompanied by a resident, however, they are not able to access the spa.
All amenities the property offers are subject to change at any time.
Each apartment is equipped with a full size washer and dryer. They are usually located in a bedroom behind a door with horizontal wooden slats. Dry cleaning is available through the concierge.
Located on level P1 of the parking garage in each building.
All delivery services will first attempt to deliver your package(s) directly to your apartment. If you are not home at the time of the delivery, your package(s) will be left with the upstairs leasing office. You can pick up your packages during leasing office hours with a valid photo ID.
When your visitors arrive the guard will contact you in your apartment. If you are home, the guard will direct your visitor to the guest parking area located in your building. Your guest can then use one of many phone systems (located in the guest parking areas and at the major entrances of each building) to call your apartment. Once the visitor calls your apartment, press 9 on your home phone to grant them access to the building.
Each apartment is equipped with internet service provided through SBC.
A trash chute is located in the center of each building near the elevator. Larger items and recyclables must be broken down and taken to the trash room located on level P1 of each parking garage.
The business center offers high speed Internet access, fax machine, and color copier. It is located in the leasing office and is open Monday-Friday 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM and Saturday-Sunday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
There is also a conference room with telephone located in the leasing office and available for you to reserve. Please contact the leasing office at 323-939-2627 to reserve.
