Check-in instructions will be provided to you with confirmation via fax, email or telephone after you have completed and returned any reservation paperwork sent to you.
We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing and not of the comunity in which you are staying. Each property has a community of it's own in which you are welcomed to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. You may check in with the on-site leasing office between the hours of 3:30 PM and 5:30 PM on your scheduled arrival date. An Oakwood representative is available during these hours Monday through Saturday to show you to your apartment.
**If you are unable to check in during these hours or if you are arriving on Sunday, please contact our office at least 48hrs in advance (800-773-1500) to make alternate arrangements

You may pick up your keys in the on-site leasing office between 3:30 PM and 5:30 PM unless alternate arrangements have been made.

Every effort has been made to make your "temporary home" as complete and comfortable as possible. Please call us at 800-773-1500 with any concerns.

You will be provided with a remote control to access the parking garage. All parking spaces are assigned.
|
|
|
Please leave all apartment keys, garage remotes, parking permits, etc., inside your apartment on the kitchen counter. Please do not leave any items with the security guards at the front or back gate of the property.
