An Olympic-size swimming pool is located in the center of the property between Buildings 1 and 2. You are required to have your Palazzo East badge with you at all times when using the pool. The pool is available for your use from 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday and 7:00 AM - 9:00 PM Saturday and Sunday. You can access the pool with your common area key.
Visitors may use the fitness center as long as they are accompanied by a resident, however, they are not able to access the spa.
All amenities the property offers are subject to change at any time.
Each apartment is equipped with a washer and dryer. They are usually located in a bedroom behind a door with horizontal wooden slats. Dry cleaning is available through the concierge. It is picked up/dropped off every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. The dry cleaning company also offers a wash and fold laundry service. Contact Lisa, the concierge, at 323-937-5251 regarding this service.
Located on level P1 of the parking garage in each building.
All delivery services will first attempt to deliver your package(s) directly to your apartment. If you are not home at the time of the delivery, your package(s) will be left with Lisa, the concierge. Due to space restrictions, only packages equal to or less than the size of a personal computer will be held by the concierge. All packages larger than this will be refused and the delivery service will make another attempt to deliver the package directly to your apartment on another day. You can pick up your packages from the concierge during leasing office hours with a photo ID or your Palazzo East badge.
All visitors should enter through the main gate located on S. Hauser Boulevard. Please contact the front gate directly at 323-937-5506 to alert the guard of any expected visitors. When your visitors arrive the guard will contact you in your apartment.If you are home, he will ask you to provide the password on your data sheet. The guard will then direct your visitor to the guest parking area located in Building 2. Your guest can use one of the many phone systems (located in this guest parking area and at the main entrances of each building) to call your apartment. Press 9 on your home phone to grant them access to the building.
Each apartment is equipped with internet service provided by "24 at Your Door" T-1 line.
A trash chute is located in the center of each building near the elevator. Larger items and recyclables must be broken down and taken to the trash room located on level P1 of each parking garage.
The business center offers high speed Internet access, fax machine, and color copier. It is located in the leasing office and is open Monday-Friday 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM, and Saturday-Sunday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM. There is also a conference room with telephone located in the leasing office and available for you to reserve. Contact the leasing office directly at 323-937-5251 to reserve the conference room.
