Corporate Housing: Oakwood will collect a non-refundable, one-time fee of $300.00 if a guest brings a pet(s). This fee will not cover damages; all pet related damages will be assessed and charged upon guest departure. Additional rent may be applicable.

Residential Housing: Oakwood will collect a refundable deposit of $300.00 plus an additional $60.00 in monthly rent if a guest brings a pet(s). All pet related damages will be assessed and deducted from the $300.00 deposit with the balance being refunded. Any damages exceeding $300.00 will be an additional charge to be paid upon guest departure.

Short Term Stays: Oakwood will collect a $10.00 fee per day if a guest staying less than 30 days brings a pet(s). Any pet related damages will be assessed and charged to the guest’s credit card upon departure if necessary.

Check-in instructions will be provided to you with confirmation via fax, email or telephone after you have completed and returned any reservation paperwork sent to you for your stay at Palazzo at Park La Brea.

We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing and not of the comunity in which you are staying. Each property has a community of it's own in which you are welcomed to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all the information that you need.

You may check in at the on-site leasing office between the hours of 3:30 PM and 5:30 PM. An Oakwood represenative is available Monday through Saturday during these hours to show you to your apartment at Palazzo at Park La Brea.

If you are unable to check in during these hours, please contact our office at 800-773-1500 to make alternate arrangements.

Upon checking in you will be asked to complete the Palazzo East move-in paperwork. This includes: Data Sheet, House Rules, Parking Regulations, and Spa/Fitness Center rules. You will also be asked to provide the leasing office with a photo ID or passport so that they can make a copy for their records.

You may pick up keys between 3:30 PM and 5:30 PM on your scheduled arrival date unless alternate arrangements have been made. Please contact our office at 800-773-1500 if you will not be able to pick up keys during these hours on - site at Palazzo at Park La Brea.

Parking is located beneath each building at Palazzo at Park La Brea. You will be provided with a remote control to access the parking garage and a permit to be displayed on your rear-view mirror. All parking spaces are pre-assigned.

Please turn in all apartment keys, common area keys, garage remotes, and parking permits to front gate at Palazzo at Park La Brea in the envelope that is provided to you with your building # and apartment # specified.
