Laundry facilities are located on-site on the first floor in Buildings A, D, G, K, M, N, R, S. These are card operated laundry facilities. Cards can be obtained inside the convenience store. You may use a credit card to add value to your card inside the K laundry room.

Please refer to the site map to find your mailbox location. Mailbox kiosks are located near the elevator lobby in each building.

• If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the leasing office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for their deliveries.
• Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests, however we cannot be responsible for such items, condition of packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Please contact the office if you think you may have a package, but also be sure to obtain tracking numbers or any other pertinent information from the sender or courier service. Plese be prepared to show photo identification.

 

Your visitors will need to use the main lobby entrance to the community. If you have requested a listing on our Syntex System, your visitors will be able to contact you from the front entrance of the Clubhouse at 4111 S. Via Marina. Using the Syntex system, your visitors can locate your name and dial the corresponding code numbers for your apartment. The system will ring up to your apartment telephone. Before hanging up with your visitor, press the number 9 on your telephone. This will unlock the gate for your visitor. During business hours a House Phone is available in the Lobby. Visitors may access your apartment by dialing the last 4 digits of your telephone number from the house phone.
