Rental Guidelines
Pet Costs
Pets Allowed
  • Corporate Housing:  Oakwood will collect a non-refundable, one-time fee of $300.00 if a guest brings a pet(s). This fee will not cover damages; all pet related damages will be assessed and charged upon guest departure. Additional rent may be applicable.
  • Residential Housing:  Oakwood will collect a refundable deposit of $300.00 plus an additional $60.00 in monthly rent if a guest brings a pet(s). All pet related damages will be assessed and deducted from the $300.00 deposit with the balance being refunded. Any damages exceeding $300.00 will be an additional charge to be paid upon guest departure.
  • Short Term Stays:  Oakwood will collect a $10.00 fee per day if a guest staying less than 30 days brings a pet(s). Any pet related damages will be assessed and charged to the guest’s credit card upon departure if necessary.


Check In Procedure
Check-in instructions will be provided to you with confirmation via fax, email or telephone after you have completed and returned any reservation paperwork sent to you.

We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.


Check In Time

Check-in time is after 3:30pm on the day of move in.

Security is available after hours for check-in, please use the telephone outside of the clubhouse, or dial, 310-751-4545.

Should you need to extend you stay, please contact our local office at 310-751-4545.



Key Pickup
Check-in time is after 3:30 p.m. on the day of move in.
After hours check-in with a Security Officer is available at this community.


Arriving at your Apartment
Every effort has been made to make your "temporary home" as complete and comfortable as possible. Refer to the burgundy binder available inside your apartment for additional information about your home, the property and the community. An Oakwood representative will contact you within 24 hours to follow-up on any maintenance requests or make any changes/additions to your housing. If you have any questions, please feel free to call us at 310-751-4545 with any concerns.


Parking and Access Gates
Parking spaces are unassigned, however, a parking sticker must be obtained from the Oakwood office. All vehicles parked on the property must have a current sticker. Please, no parking in the designated fire lanes (red curb), handicapped or future resident spaces. Violators will be towed at their own expense.


Check Out Procedures
  • An Express Check-Out envelope has been provided for return of your keys and access cards issued to you at your arrival. Please place these items in this envelope upon your departure and return per the instructions located on the Express Check-Out envelope.
  • The Express Check-Out phone line is available for your convenience at 310-751-4530.
  • It is necessary to provide Oakwood Corporate Housing with a 30-Day Notice to Vacate prior to your departure or lease expiration date.
