• Additional Refundable deposit of $250 for stays of 30 days or longer.

• All canines/felines must be spayed or neutered.

• All inoculations must be current, proof must be supplied.

• Owners must provide litter box for felines.

• Canine breed restrictions apply.

City Ordinance requires all animals to be on a leash when they are outside of the apartment. In addition, we ask that you help keep the grounds clean by picking up after your dog or cat.

Check-in instructions will be provided to you with confirmation via fax, email or telephone after you have completed and returned any reservation paperwork sent to you.

We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. Every effort has been made to make your "temporary home" as complete and comfortable as possible. Refer to the burgundy binder available inside your apartment for additional information about your home, the property and the community. An Oakwood representative will contact you within 24 hours to follow-up on any maintenance reuqests or make any changes/additions to your housing. If you have any questions, please feel free to call us at 310-751-4545 with any concerns.

Parking spaces are unassigned, however, a parking sticker must be obtained from the Oakwood office. All vehicles parked on the property must have a current sticker. Please, no parking in the designated fire lanes (red curb), handicapped or future resident spaces. Violators will be towed at their own expense.

• An Express Check-Out envelope has been provided for return of your keys and access cards issued to you at your arrival. Please place these items in this envelope upon your departure and return per the instructions located on the Express Check-Out envelope.

• It is necessary to provide Oakwood Corporate Housing with a 30-Day Notice to Vacate prior to your departure or lease expiration date.
