• Pools: There is one pool in the community located next to the office. The pool may used between the hours of 7am to 10pm by using the swipe card provided upon move in.
• Fitness Center: The fitness center is also located next to the leasing office and can be accessed 24 hours a day using the swipe card. Please adhere to additional rules listed inside the fitness center.
• Business Center: May be accessed from 7am to 10pm using the swipe card. It is located in the recreation area by the leasing office with the pool and fitness center.
• Clubhouse: Is also located in the recreation area and may be used by renting it with the leasing office.

All apartments include a full size washer and dryer.

In Building 13-16 the mailboxes are located with the underground parking. The remaining buildings have two mailbox locations, please consult the property map or call the oakwood office.

The office onsite staff will accept packages on behalf of our residents. There is a weight and height limitation to this service due to limited storage availability on behalf of the community. They will hold packages for only a couple of days then they send the packages back to vendor. Please notify your delivery service for this option.

If you would like your name programmed in the call box for guest and visitor entry please call our office and we will make these arrangements.

Trash: In building 13-16 there are trash shoots. The remaining buildings have trash pick up at the front door Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays by 7am.

 

Quiet Hours: 9pm to 9am.
