If you are not home, all US Postal Service, UPS, FedEx and other delivery service items will be delivered to the front desk. A voicemail message will be left for you indicating you have a package.

 

Hours of pickup for packages:

Our office is open daily from 9am-6pm seven days a week.

If you need to pick up a package after hours, our Courtesy Patrol will be happy to assist you between the hours of 6pm and 2:30am seven days a week.  The Courtesy Patrol can be reached by dialing 650-528-5000.  When the answering service comes on the line, please tell them you need assistance with picking up a package.  They will page our Courtesy Patrol to meet you in the Clubhouse.
