This community welcomes small pets. Pets are only allowed on first floor apartments. The pet deposit per pet is $300, of which $150 is non-refundable. Please keep your pets on a leash when they are outside of the apartment. We also ask that you help keep the grounds clean by picking up after your pet.

We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take a part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.

Your apartment will be available for check in anytime after 3:30 pm. on your scheduled day of move in. If you require an early check in please contact us at least four (4) business days in advance of your move in for availability.

Please be sure to park only in the open spaces & hang your parking sticker from the rearview window immediatly upon check in. Cars parked in the reserved or handicapped spaces and those without permits will be towed on a nightly basis.

Each garage is enclosed by an access gate which is opened with the access card provided at move in.

All keys & access cards must be returned to the leasing office or dropped in the night box of the Coronado leasing office. Please put keys in an envelope with you least name on it. Unreturned keys or access cards will incur charges. Also, all personal items and debris must be removed from the apartment. Check-out is at midnight on the date of your departure.
