Office Hours: Mon-Sun: 9-6

There is a laundry facility located on the 4th floor next to the elevators in each building.

Mailboxes are located in the lobby of each building.

If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.

Visitors can access buildings the same as residents.

There are trash chutes located on all floors.
