Check-in instructions will be provided to you with confirmation via fax, email or telephone after you have completed and returned any reservation paperwork sent to you.
We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. You may check in between 3:30 PM and 5:30 PM on your scheduled arrival date.
**If you are not able to check in during these hours, please contact our office at 800-773-1500 or 818-710-5445 to make alternate arrangements.

Appointments for move-in to pick-up keys can be made for Monday through Friday between 3:30 and 5:30 pm with Melissa Munoz at 626.396.6983 or 818.917.7529. If arriving after office hours or on the weekend, arrangements for key pick-up via lockbox must be made in advance. The lockbox is located at the entrance to the residential building located at 275 E. Green Street closest to Gelsons.

When you arrive to the property, the parking is located within the Paseo Mall parking structure. You will see a designated lane for residents. Pull up close to the parking reader & use the parking card you were given at move in. You will then go down to the lower level where the resident only parking is. There you will use the "prox" card which allows you into the resident only areas.
|
|
|
Please place all keys, access cards, fobs, parking permits, etc., that you were issued in an envelope labeled with Oakwood and your apartment number. Please return the envelope to the leasing office located at 375 E. Green Street.
