There is a lounge and conference room complimentary to our residents. If the room is not left in the condition it was presented to our guests, there is a $75 cleaning fee. Please contact the leasing office directly at: 626-395-9701 to schedule an event.
The fitness center is located in the West building on the first floor. A key is not necessary to enter the room since you are already in the building. The fitness center is available 24 hours a day.
The swimming pool is available for your use from 9:00 AM - 10:00 PM.
Each apartment is equipped with a washer and dryer.
The mail boxes are located behind the main leasing office.
If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be left with the Leasing Office. Delivery services are responsible for notifying you of your deliveries. Packages not picked up within 7 days and excessively large packages will be returned due to limited storage space. You may pick up your packages during normal leasing office hours with a photo ID.
Upon arrival, please contact the leasing office at: 626-395-9701 to enter your name in the phone directory. Once your guest arrives to the directory located outside the main leasing office, please have them call you, once you receive the phone call, please press "O" on your phone. If you do not call the leasing office to have your name input into the phone directory, your guests will need to call you prior to arriving at the apartment community so you can meet them outside.
Internet service is available through Charter Communications. $25.00 one time installation fee, $65.00 refundable deposit and $45.00 per month. Contact our office at 800-773-1500 if you are interested in establishing service.
