A heated pool and spa are available for use from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily. They are located near the leasing office. You will be issued an access key to gain entrance.
You may also enter the fitness center during these hours with your access key. The fitness center is located at 131 E. Holly Street.
Each apartment is equuipped with a washer and dryer.
Mailboxes are located in the A level (parking) in the elevator waiting area. Select buildings have mailboxes on the first floor. You will be advised upon check-in where your mailbox is located.
If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be left with the Leasing Office. Delivery services are responsible for notifying guests of their deliveries. Packages not picked up within 7 days and excessively large packages will be returned due to limited storage space. You may pick up your packages during normal leasing office hours with a photo ID.
Upon arrival, please contact the leasing office to have your name programmed into the phone directory. Guests may use the Syntex phone system at the main entrance to ring your apartment. When you are ready to let them in, press 9 on your apartment phone.
Internet access is available through SBC. $15.00 one time fee, $100.00 refundable equipment deposit, $50.00 per month. Please contact our office at 800-773-1500 if you are interested in setting up service.
