This property allows cats. There is a limit of 2 cats per apartment. City Ordinance requires all animals to be on a leash when they are outside of the apartment. In addition, we ask that you help keep the grounds clean by picking up after your cat. A pet deposit of $500 is required prior to check-in, of which $500 is refundable.  There is also a $35 per month pet rent fee.

Check-in instructions will be provided to you with a confirmation via fax, email or telephone.

We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.

You may check in between 3:30pm and 5:30pm on you scheduled arrival date.

Appointments for move-in to pick up keys can be made Monday-Friday 3:30pm-5:30pm with Melissa Munoz at 626.396.6983 or 626.202.9538.  For after hours/weekend arrival you will need lockbox instructions.  Please call 1-818-710-5445 to arrange key pickup.

In addition to details regarding key access, your move in instructions will also include directions to your apartment as well as a site map where applicable. This will make locating your apartment much easier.

 

Every effort has been made to make your “home away from home” as complete as possible. If there is anything that is not up to your standards when you arrive, please call us at 1-800-773-1500 or 818-7105445 and we will take care of it as soon as possible.

When you arrive at the property please park in the underground structure.  You will be given residential parking instructions after you arrive. 

When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from the resident or corporation.

 

Please remove all trash and food items from the apartment.

 

Please leave all keys and access cards in envelope provided and take to the apt. community office.  If you are checking out afterhours there is a drop box located next to the mailboxes out side of the leasing office.

$5 will be charged for any unreturned keys, $100 per access card and $100 per remote. If a key is lost, there is a $50 lock change fee.
