The business center is located on the second floor in building two next to the fitness center. The business center is open from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily. Use your grey remote fob to access the business center.
A fitness center with cardio equipment, weight machines, and TVs is located on the second floor of building two. The fitness center is available for your use 24 hours. Use your grey remote fob to access the fitness center.
There is a heated pool & spa located in the center of the community. The pool is available for your use from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Each apartment is equipped with a washer and dryer.
The mailboxes are located on the P1 level of every building. One mailbox key will be provided upon check in.
All delivery services will first attempt to deliver your package(s) directly to your apartment. If you are not home at the time of the delivery, your package(s) will be left with the leasing office. Due to space restrictions, only small packages will be held by the leasing office. All packages too large will be refused and the delivery service will make another attempt to deliver the package directly to your apartment on another day. You can pick up your packages from the leasing office during scheduled open hours with a photo ID. Please do not arrange for packages to be delivered prior to your check-in.
When your visitors arrive, they may use the visitor call box located outside the garage gate of each garage. Your apartment is listed in the call box as Oakwood# ____ with your apartment number. When you get a call from your visitor, press 9 on your phone to open the gate.
You may establish internet access in your apartment by contacting Verizon Avenue at 866-892-8368.
Trash Chutes are located on every floor next to the elevators. If you need to throw away an item that is too large for the trash chute, please drop off on the P1 level of the garage next to the trash chute and a member of maintenance will remove. Do not leave large items near the trash chutes in the hallways.
There are BBQ Grills located through out the property.
Bike racks are located next to the mailbox centers on the P1 level of the garage. Please note, quiet hours for the Archstone Playa Del Rey are to be observed from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM daily (including weekends). |
