• Pools & Spas: There are three pools on the property. The two heated pools are located by the leasing office and by Portofino court. The third pool is located by Lucera Court. Each pool also has a spa area. The common key provided in your apartment may be used for these amenities between 6am & 11pm. Please adhere to the additional rules and regulations listed onsite at the pool.
• Oakwood guests may invite two guests to the amenities at a time however they must always be acompanied by an Oakwood guest.
• Gym Facilities: The common key may also be used to enter the gym facilities located by the leasing office. The gym hours are 6am to 11pm. Please adhere to additional rules listed inside the fitness center.
• Clubhouse: The clubhouse is located next to the leasing office and is open during business hours from 9am to 6pm.

Washers and Dryers are located inside each unit.

Mailboxes are located in the center of each court nearest to your apartment.

The office onsite staff will accept packages on behalf of our residents. There is a weight and height limitation to this service due to limited storage availability on behalf of the community. They will hold packages for only a couple of days then they send the packages back to vendor. Please notify your delivery service for this option.

The community is not gated and guests may enter the community and park near the resident's building.

Quiet Hours: 11pm to 7am.

 

Trash: There are dumpsters centrally located throughout the property in each court. Please be sure to dispose of all debris in these locations only. This property also has a recycling program.
