Pet Policy
This property allows cats and dogs are permitted up to 40lb. limit. City Ordinance requires all animals to be on a leash when they are outside of the apartment. In addition, we ask that you help keep the grounds clean by picking up after your pet. A non-refundable pet fee of  $250 is required prior to check-in.

Check In Procedure
Welcome to your new temporary residence. We hope that your visit will be comfortable. As an Oakwood guest you are entitled to all of the benefits of this wonderful facility. Please make yourself familiar with not only your apartment, but the community and grounds as well. Please feel free to introduce yourself to the staff and ask for a tour of the facility. If the property staff is unable to help you in any way, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.


Check In Time
Your apartment will be available for check-in anytime after 3:30 p.m. on your scheduled day of move-in.
If you require an early check-in, please contact us at least one business day in advance of your move-in availability.


Key Pickup
In order to allow us time to properly prepare your apartment, please do not attempt to check in prior to 3:30 PM on the date of your arrival. It is important to us to make a good first impression.  Your front door key will be in the lockbox hanging from your front door.  Use the code given to you prior to check in to enter and all other keys and remotes will await you inside.


Arriving at your Apartment
In addition to details regarding key access, your move-in instructions will also include directions to your apartment as well as a site map where applicable. ThHis will make locating your apartment much easier.
 
Every effort has been mad eto make your "temporary home" as complete as possible. If everything is not perfect upon your arrival, please contact us at (916) 631-3777 and we will take care of it as quickly as possible.


Parking and Access Gates
Parking/Garage and Gate codes will be sent to you prior to check in. Once inside the property, please located your assigned parking space. This will be listed in your move-in instructions. Please do not park in anay numbered space other than your own. This may result in your car being towed. If someone is already parked in your space, please park in visitors parking and contact us at (916) 631-3777.


Check Out Procedures
  • Notify Oakwood Corporate Housing of your move-out date or lease extension 30 days prior to lease expiration date. You may send the Intent to Vacate form in the mail or fax it to 916.852.7482. The form must be received 30 days prior to vacating.
  • Remove all trash and debris from your apartment and leave counters clean.
  • You are responsible for the return of all keys, lockboxes, gate/garage remotes and access cards. You will be charged the following rates if any of these items are not returned: $25 for each key, $50 for each lockbox, $50 for each gate/garage remote and $30 for each access card.
