Fitness Center: The fitness center is located next to the leasing office and can be accessed from 5am to 11pm using the access card. Please adhere to additional rules listed inside the fitness center.

 

Putting Green: The putting green is located next to the pool area and will be available for use by residents shortly. Please call the Oakwood Worldwide office for an update.

 

Business Center: There are two business centers located next to the leasing office as well and can be used from 9am to 6pm daily by leaving a drivers license at the office. Clubhouse: Is located next to the leasing office and may be used during business hours (9am to 6pm daily).

Every apartment includes a full size washer and dryer.

This community does not have mail delivery services yet and a post office box at the local USPS office must be set up to receive mail.

The office onsite staff will accept packages on behalf of our residents. There is a weight and height limitation to this service due to limited storage availability on behalf of the community. They will hold packages for only a couple of days then they send the packages back to vendor. Please notify your delivery service for this option.

The community is not gated and guests may enter the community and park near the resident's building.
