Each apartment is equipped with a full washer and dryer for your convenience.

They are located next to the leasing office.

The office onsite staff will accept packages on behalf of our residents. There is a weight and height limitation to this service due to limited storage availability on behalf of the community. They will hold packages for only a couple of days then they send the packages back to vendor. Please notify your delivery service for this option. Please be prepared to show photo identification. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail.

Upon arrival to this community your visitor will have to contact you through the call box located at the front of the property. If you would like your name programmed in the call box please call our office and we will make these arrangements.
