• Corporate Housing:  Oakwood will collect a non-refundable, one-time fee of $300.00 if a guest brings a pet(s). This fee will not cover damages; all pet related damages will be assessed and charged upon guest departure. Additional rent may be applicable.

• Residential Housing:  Oakwood will collect a refundable deposit of $300.00 plus an additional $60.00 in monthly rent if a guest brings a pet(s). All pet related damages will be assessed and deducted from the $300.00 deposit with the balance being refunded. Any damages exceeding $300.00 will be an additional charge to be paid upon guest departure.

• Short Term Stays:  Oakwood will collect a $10.00 fee per day if a guest staying less than 31 days brings a pet(s). Any pet related damages will be assessed and charged to the guest’s credit card upon departure if necessary.

Check in at front desk in Clubhouse Valid photo ID required Guest Services hours: Sun-Thurs, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Fri & Sat, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.  Secuirty available for all after-hours check-ins  To contact Security, please use the courtesy phone located outside the front entrance of the lobby.

• Check in time is 3:30 p.m.
• To inquire about availability of early check-in, contact Guest Services 24 hours prior to arrival 
• All residents must provide Oakwood with a 30-day Notice to Vacate prior to their departure or lease expiration date

• Room Keys, Mail Box Keys, and Fitness Access Cards  may be picked up at the Front Desk upon move in
• Registration and payment required before keys are given out
• In case of a lock out, please come to the Front Desk for new keys

• Upon checking in at the Front Desk, you will be given directions to your apartment
• Elevator and stair access available
• Luggage assistance available
• Please refer to move in folder and burgundy binder in apartment for additional information on electronics, cable, and phone use.

• Parking stickers will be asssigned at Check-in; must be displayed at all times
• Open, Carport and Covered Parking available
• Parking is open access and unassigned
• Please refer to property map for parking lot locations

• Check out time is 9:00 am
• Counter check-out at our Front Desk
• Express check-out available (envelopes located adjacent to Front Desk)
• Please place your key(s) and access card(s) in this envelope upon departure
• Return express envelope in drop box, adjacent to Front Desk
• You are responsible for the return of all keys and access cards; lost items do incur charges.
