Welcome! We hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Each community has rules and policies to make your stay a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we are happy to provide you with all of the information you need.
Your apartment will be available for check-in anytime after 3:30 p.m. on your scheduled day of move-in.
If you require an early check in please contact us at least one business day in advance of your move-in for availability.
Specific arrangements regarding how you will access keys to your apartment will be sent to you after your reservation paperwork has been completed and returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing.
If do not receive your move-in instructions or need another copy, please contact our office directly at 800.400.3636.
Your community is gated. Your gate code will be found on your move-in paperwork. You will find a community map near the main entrance that will help you locate your apartment in the event you are not able to read the attached map. Please go directly to your apartment.
Every effort has been made to make your “temporary home” as complete as possible. If everything is not perfect upon your arrival please contact us 925-449-2133 or 800-400-3636 and we will take care of it as quickly as possible.
Once inside the property, please locate your assigned parking space. This will be listed in your move-in instructions. Please do not park in any numbered space other than your own. This may result in your car being towed. If someone is already parked in your space, please park in visitors' parking and contact us at 800.400.3636.
A 30-day written notice is required before vacating your apartment.
Prior to your departure please set the heat at 60˚ F and/or the AC at 78˚ F.
Remember to remove all garbage and food items when departing.
Please leave all remotes, pass cards, and keys except for one door key on the kitchen counter when vacating.
There is a $50 charge for each gate card or garage remote that is not returned upon move-out.
You have been provided with an express check-out envelope in your move-in binder. Please place the one key you use to lock the apartment door into the envelope and leave this in the night drop at the apartment office.
