Laundry rooms are open daily between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM and are located on the first floor of every building, adjacent to the elevator.

Mailboxes are located in the first floor lobby of each building.

If you are not at home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Oakwood office. The delivery service provider is responsible for leaving notices on individual apartments.

Your visitors will need to use the main entrance gate to the community. Using the Syntex system, your visitors can locate your name and dial the corresponding numbers for your apartment. The system will ring up to your apartment telephone. Before hanging up with your visitor, press the number "9" on your telephone. This will unlock the gate for your visitor.
