There are washer and dryer hook-ups in each unit. The property will rent out a full-sized washer and dryer for $50 (for both) if you need them. There is one large on-site laundry facility on the Overlook side. On the Villas side, there are laundry facilities on each side of the property, as well as one in the middle.

On the Overlook side, mailboxes are located on each side of the property. On the Villas side, they are located on each side, and one in the middle of the property.

Visitors have direct access to residents' apartments.

If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
