The swimming pool is available for your use between the hours of 9:00 AM - 10:00 PM.

 

The screening room is available to reserve for private parties. Please contact the leasing office directly at 661-296-6458 to reserve the screening room.

 

The fitness center is available 24 hours per day as is the business center. You will be issued an access card to enter both.

Each apartment is equipped with a washer and dryer.

Mailboxes are located in each building on the ground floor by the elevators.

U S Postal and delivery pesonnel will attempt to deliver your packages to your apartment. If you are not home, the leasing office will accept packages on your behalf. It is the responsibility of the delivery person to notify you of deliveries.

 

Any packages left in the leasing office for more than 7 days will be returned to the sender.

Upon arrival, please ask the leasing office to program your name in the phone directory for your building.

 

Guests will locate your name in the directory and use the phone system to call your apartment. Press 9 on your apartment phone to give them access.

Internet service is provided through Verizon. You must purchase the modem for $40.00. There is also a one time shipping fee of $25.00 and a charge of $50.00 per month. Please contact our office at 800-773-1500 if you are interested in establishing service.

 

Trash chutes are located on every floor.
