• Check in instructions will be provided to you with confirmation via fax, e-mail or telephone after you have completed and returned all reservation paperwork sent to you.
• We welcome you and hope that your stay at this community will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing and not the apartment community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of it's own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for everyone. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we will be happy to provide you with all information you need.

You may check in with the on-site leasing office between 3:30 PM and 5:30 PM on your scheduled arrival date.

 

**If you are not able to check in during these hours, please contact our office at 800-773-1500 or 818-710-5445 so that we may arrange a lockbox for you.

You may pick up your keys in the on-site leasing office between 3:30 PM and 5:30 PM unless lockbox arrangements have been made for you.

Every effort had been made to make your "temporary home" as complete and comfortable as possible. Please contact our office at 800-773-1500 or 818-710-5445 with any concerns.

All parking is assigned. A remote control will be provided if your space(s) is in the garage under your building.

Please place all keys, garage remotes, access cards, parking permits, etc., in an envelope marked with your apartment number. Please return the envelope to the on-site leasing office.

 

If you check out after office hours, please place the envelope in the drop slot by the leasing office door and contact our office at 800-773-1500 the following morning to make sure that we have received your keys.
