There is a state-of-the art fitness center, complete with cardio equipment, weight machines, and a steam room. The fitness center is open 24 hours, and you will need your activity key to gain access.
There are 2 pools. One pool is by the leasing office and one by the tennis courts. You can access the pool with your activity key. The pool is open from 9:00 AM - 10:00 PM.
The business office will send and receive faxes for you. There is a $1.00 charge per page for faxing long distance. They will also make copies for you free of charge, up to 10 pages per day.
Each apartment is equipped with a washer and dryer. They are usually located in a bedroom or hallway behind a door with horizontal wooden slats. In addition there are 5 laundry facilities located throughout the property.
Mailboxes are located on the ground floor.
All delivery services will first attempt to deliver your package(s) directly to your apartment. If you are not home at the time of the delivery, your package(s) will be left with the business office. Due to space restrictions, only packages equal to or less than the size of a personal computer will be held by the leasing office. All packages larger than this will be refused and the delivery service will make another attempt to deliver the package directly to your apartment on another day. You can pick up your packages from the business office during leasing office hours with a photo ID.
All visitors can enter the property. There is plenty of guest parking onsite. Please make sure your guest does not park in any covered parking. Covered parking is reserved for current residents. If your guest parks in a covered parking spot, they will be towed at the vehicle owners expense.
Internet service is available through Adelphia cable. $100.00 equipment deposit, $50.00 per month. Please contact our office at 800-773-1500 if you would like to establish service.
To gain access to the pool, tennis courts, racquetball courts or fitness center you will need to request a key from the business office. There is no charge to get the key, but if the key is not returned, you will be charged a $125.00 fee. Please bring your ID with you when you go to the business office, as they will have you sign a promissory note for the activity key.
There are numerous trash bins near the parking area on the ground floor. Please place all trash inside the bins.
