• Cats are accepted with a $500 pet deposit, of which $150 is non-refundable.

Check-in instructions will be provided to you with confirmation via fax, email or telephone after you have completed and returned any reservation paperwork sent to you.

We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.

You may check in at the onsite leasing office between the times of 3:30pm and 5:30pm. If you need to check in after these hours, please be sure to contact an Oakwood Representative as soon as possible to arrange other options for a late check in.

There is not a key pick up at this apartment community.

 

There is a lockbox on the apartment door. A code will be privded when we receive your signed guest registration.

Please check your move-in instructions for the assigned parking space onsite. 

 

This building does not have access gates or remotes required to enter the

apartment community.
