Each apartment is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer. There is also a coin-operated laundry facilities available on-site.

Oakwood Thousand Oaks gladly accepts packages for residents. If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the leasing office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for their deliveries.
Visitors can park in all designated "Visitors" parking spots.
