Welcome ! 3:30 PM is check in time. If you require an early check in, please contact the office 24 hours prior for availability. It is necessary to provide Oakwood with a 30 day notice to vacate prior to your lease expiration.

Your front door key will be in the lockbox hanging on your front door. Just enter the code indicated on your move in sheet and slide the panel up on the right side. Use this key for entry. Your remaining keys will be inside your apartment for you.

Once you have gained access to your apartment, familiarize yourself with our community and its amenities. Our gym is located on the opposite side from the leasing office. Next to the gym door you will find our gas barbeques with comfortable seating close by.
|
|
|
If you arrive after 6:00pm you will need to access the pedestrian gate to gain access to our community. Once inside your apartment you will find a remote control that can be used to drive your vehicle to your assigned parking space indicated on your move in sheet.
|

|
Please place only one door key in the envelope provided and leave the envelope in the drop box located at the mail boxes for building "B". Please place all other keys, and access devices (gate openers, garage openers, security cards/keys) on the kitchen counter.
- If you need to extend your stay, please contact the local office at 925.449.2133.
- When vacating your apartment, all rentals of one month or longer require a thirty (30) day written notice from resident or corporation.
- A fee of up to $200.00 may be charged for unreturned keys or access devises.
