• There is a $500 security deposit for the pets, $150 is non-refundable.
• Larger pets need to be approved by Property Manager.
• There are trash bags for your convenience onsite.

Check-in instructions will be provided to you with confirmation via fax, email or telephone after you have completed and returned any reservation paperwork sent to you.

We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.

You may check in after 3:30 PM on your scheduled arrival date.

**If you need to check in before 3:30 PM, please contact our office at 800-773-1500. We will do our best to accommodate your request but we can not guarantee an early check in.

Upon arrival to your apartment, you will find a lockbox on the door. The code to the lockbox will be provided with the move in instructions that will be sent to you. .

Every effort has been made to make your "temporary home" as complete and comfortable as possible.  Please call us at 800-773-1500 with any concerns.

All parking is assigned. Please check your move in instructions for your assigned space(s). 

Please place all keys in an envelope marked with your apartment number. Please return the envelope to the leasing office.

 

If you check out after office hours, please place the envelope in the drop box just before the office door on the right side.
