Rental Guidelines
Pet Costs
Pets Allowed
  • Corporate Housing:  Oakwood will collect a non-refundable, one-time fee of $300.00 if a guest brings a pet(s). This fee will not cover damages; all pet related damages will be assessed and charged upon guest departure. Additional rent may be applicable.
  • Residential Housing:  Oakwood will collect a refundable deposit of $300.00 plus an additional $60.00 in monthly rent if a guest brings a pet(s). All pet related damages will be assessed and deducted from the $300.00 deposit with the balance being refunded. Any damages exceeding $300.00 will be an additional charge to be paid upon guest departure.
  • Short Term Stays:  Oakwood will collect a $10.00 fee per day if a guest staying less than 30 days brings a pet(s). Any pet related damages will be assessed and charged to the guest’s credit card upon departure if necessary.


Check In Procedure
Please inspect your apartment upon your arrival and notify us of any problems as soon as possible. You may reach our office at (818)710-5400. An Oakwood representative will contact you shortly after your arrival to ensure that everything meets with your satisfaction and to see if you have any additional needs. Feel free to ask questions or let us know if something is not to your liking... we want you to be delighted with your stay at Oakwood.

  • It is necessary to provide Oakwood Corporate Housing with a 30-Day Notice to Vacate prior to your departure or lease expiration date.
  • A check-out after 9:00 AM will be billed for an additional day.
  • An Express Check-Out envelope has been provided for return of your keys and any access cards, remotes or gate/garage door openers issued to you at your arrival. Please place these items in this envelope upon your departure and return per the instructions located on the Express Check-Out envelope. You are responsible for the return of all keys, access cards, remotes and/or openers and will be charged for any items not returned.

Key Pickup
Check-in time is after 3:30pm on the day of move in.
Further Move-in instructions will be provided to you with confirmation via fax or e-mail.
After hours check-in with a Security Officer is available at this community.


Arriving at your Apartment
Quality Assurance: An Oakwood representative has inspected your accommodations prior to your arrival. Should anything not be to your satisfaction, plesae contact us so that we may have the opportunity to ensure your stay with us is an enjoyable one. You may reach our office at (818)710-5400.


Parking and Access Gates
  • All residents are to use Oakwood parking permits or temporary parking passes in order to park on the premises.
  • All parking inside the property is for residents only. Your visitors may park along the streets or the designated guest parking lots.
  • Please do not park in red zones or fire lanes designated for emergency vehicle access only. Illegally parked vehicles will be subject to tow-away at the owner's expense.
