Mail boxes are located on the side of the leasing office

If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged

Your visitor will need to dial your apartment # from the call box.  When you answer the phone press 9 and the gate will open and allow your visitor access.

Trash dumpsters are located throughout the property
