There are laundry facilities in each building 

Mail boxes are located at the base of the elevators in each tower.

If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail, Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged

Your visitor will need to look up your apartment on the call box located on the first floor.  It will be listed as Oakwood with your apt# in parenthesis.  When you answer your phone press 9 and the door will open and allow them access to the building.

There are trash chutes on each floor.  For large items the trash compactor is located next to the moving dock.
