There is a washer and dryer in every apartment

Mail boxes are located near the leasing office

If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail, Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged

Visitors may go directly to your apartment

Door to door trash pick up Monday, Wednesday & Friday  9am - 11am.

Please put trash out before 9am but not the night before.
