Mail boxes are located on the first floor of every building

If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail.  Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged

Your visitor will call you from the call box.  The call box is located across from the parking garage on the 1st floor of building 1.  You will be listed by your last name.  When you answer the phone in your apartment press 9 and the door will open and give your visitor access.
