If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
Visitors may go directly to your apartment
There is complimentary door to door trash pick up on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Please place trash outside your door before 9am on pick up day. Please do not place trash out the night before. Trash dumpsters are also located throughout the property.
