Cats and dogs are welcome.

Pet Deposit: $200 Non-refundable per pet up to 40 lbs.

                    $400 Non-refundable per pet over 40 lbs.

Pet limit per apartment: 1 dog and 1 cat, or 2 cats, or if you have 2 dogs both must be under 20lb each.  Management must approve all pets.

We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we would be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.

Your apartment will be available for check-in anytime after 3:30 pm on your scheduled move in day. Should you require an early arrival, please contact the local Oakwood Worldwide at 800.352.5804 or 303.337.7600

There will be a lock box on the apartment door. The code for the lock box will be provided after all required paperwork is returned.

Every effort has been made to make your “home away from home” as complete as possible. If there is anything that is not up to your standards when you arrive, please call us at 800.352.5804 or 303.337.7600 and we will take care of it as quickly as possible.

Please refer to your move in instructions for your specific parking assignment and the gate codes for your community.

• Please leave all keys and access devices in the envelope provided and leave at the office.
