Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. Your apartment is available for check in anytime after 3:30 pm on your scheduled day of move in.
If you need to request an early check in, please contact our office at least one business day in advance of your arrival to check on availablity.

Specific arrangements regarding how you will access the key to your apartment will be sent to you after the reservation paperwork is completed and returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing. If you have not received your move in instructions or require a second copy, please contact our office at 203-967-2414.

|
In addition to details regarding key access, your move in instructions will provide directions to your apartment.
Every effort has been made to make your "temporary home" as comfortable as possible. If everything is not perfect upon your arrival, please contact us at 203-967-2414 and we will take care of it as quickly as possible.

|
Parking is unassigned and there is an abundance. Please register your vehicles license plate at the leasing office to avoid being towed.
|
|
|
- Please remove trash and food from the apartment and leave your keys at the leasing office upon departure. Place in an envelope with your name and apartment number.
- On the day of your move out, please leave all access cards and parking permits in an envelope for Oakwood at the leasing office.
- There is a $50.00 fee for every non-returned pass.
- If you wish to extend your stay, please contact our office at 203-967-2414 and every effort will be made to accommodate your request.
