This community allows two pets per apartments, up to 100 lbs. with a $175 non-refundable fee and a  $175 refundable fee per pet.  In addition a $25 monthly pet rent will be applied. City ordinance requires all animals be kept on a leash when outside the apartment.  In addition, we ask that you help keep the grounds clean and pick up after your pet.

Welcome!  We hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Each community has rules and policies to make your stay a pleasant experience for you.  If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we are happy to provide you with all the information you need.

Your apartment will be available for move in anytime after 3:30PM on your scheduled day of arrival. 

 

If you require an early check in, please contact our office at 203-967-2414 at least one business day in advance of your arrival, to check availability.

Specific arrangements regarding how you will access keys to your apartment will be sent to you once reservation paperwork is completed and returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing.  If you have not received your move in instructions or need another copy, please call our office directly at 203-967-2414. 

Every effort has been made to make your "temporary home" as comfortable as possible.  If everything is not perfect upon your arrival, please contact our office at 203-967-2414 and we will take care of it as quickly as possible.

Parking is open and plentiful.  Some apartments come with an assigned garage.  Please check your move in instructions for this information.  If you have been assigned a garage, you may access it with a remote control that will be provided for you.  Please do not block any other garage other than your own as this may result in your car being towed.  If someone is blocking your garage, please contact us at 203-967-2414.

• A 30 day written notice is required prior to vacating
• Prior to departure please set the heat to 60*F and/or AC at 76*F
• Remember to remove all garbage and food items when departing
• Please return all keys and access passes to the leasing office.  There is a  $50 fee for each unreturned item.
