Laundry facilities are located off property, or, for client convenience, a laundry service is provided for roughly $10 per bag of clothing. 

Personal mailboxes may be set up with the Clinton Post Office.

This is a non-gated community.  Visitors may arrive directly at guest's cottage.

If you are not home, all US Postal Service and other delivery service packages will be delivered to the Business Office. All delivery services are responsible for notifying our guests for deliveries. Oakwood is pleased to accept packages as a courtesy to our guests; however, we cannot be responsible for such items, condition or packages received or accepting certified/registered mail. Packages will be held for a maximum of 3 weeks unless otherwise arranged.
