This community allows pets 50 lbs. and there is a two pet limit per apartment. Breed restrictions apply.  City ordinance requires all animals are kept on a leash when outside the apartment.  In addition, we ask that you help keep the grounds clean and pick up after your pet.  Pet's are only allowed in selected pet buildings.  A pet fee of $500 is required prior to move in and pet rent of $50 per month will be added to your lease.

 

We welcome you and hope that your stay at this property will be comfortable. Please keep in mind that you are a guest of Oakwood Corporate Housing, and not of the community in which you are staying. Each property has a community of its own in which you are welcome to take part. Each community has rules and policies to make living there a pleasant experience for you. If you have any questions about the community where you are staying, we will be happy to provide you with all of the information that you need.

Your apartment will be available for move in anytime after 3:30 pm on your scheduled day of move in.

 

If you need to request an early check in, please contact our office at 203-967-2414 at least one business day in advance of your arrival to check on availability.

In addition to details regarding key access, your move in instructions will also indicate your apartment location. 

 

Every effort has been made to make your "temporary home" as complete as possible.  If everything is not perfect upon your arrival, please contact us at 203-967-2414 and we will take care of it as quickly as possible.

Parking is unassigned and there is plenty of available spaces.  Some apartments come with assigned garages and can be accessed with a remote control.

• You are required to give Oakwood a thirty (30) day vacate notice.
• On the day of your move out, please leave all access cards and parking permits in an envelope for Oakwood at the leasing office.
• There is a $50.00 fee for every non-returned pass.
