Your apartment will be available for check in anytime after 3:30pm on your scheduled day of move in.
If you require an early check in, please contact our office at least one business day in advance of your move in to check availability.

Specific arrangements regarding how to access the keys to your apartment will be sent to you once the reservation paperwork is completed and returned to Oakwood Corporate Housing. If you have not received your move in instuctions or need another copy, please contact our office directly at 203-967-2414.

Every effort has been made to make your "temporary home" as comfortable as possible. If everything is not perfect upon your arrival, please contact us at 203-967-2414 and we will take care of it as quickly as possible.
The main door to each building is opened with an electric "fob" that is provided with the keys. Pass it by the pad to open the door to get the green light and unlock the door.

Once on the property, please located your assigned parking space. This information can also be found on your move in instructions. Please do not park in any numbered space other than your own, as this may result in your car being towed. If someone is already parked in your space, please park in a visitors space and contact us at 203-967-2414. The property will give you a parking tag that is color coded allowing you to park in open parking in a designated area.

*A 30 day written notice is required prior to vacating
*Prior to your departure please set the heat at 60*F and/or AC at 76*F
*Remember to remove all garbage and food items when departing
*Please return all keys, access passes and parking tags to the leasing office. There is a $50 charge for each item that is not returned.
*If you need to extend your stay, please contact our office at 203-967-2414 and every effort will be made to accommodate your need.
